What happens
Johnny Dollar, an insurance investigator, is hired by Toby Tepic to look into a robbery in which five thousand dollars in cash was taken from Philip Standish's apartment. Standish explains he kept the money hidden in a bronze funeral urn, and reveals he once shared a prison cell with a man named Tommy Slade, who had suggested the hiding place. Dollar traces Slade to a train bound for Los Angeles and boards it to follow him. Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar is a radio series, and this episode was broadcast on CBS Radio on December 4, 1960, starring Bob Bailey, Edmond O'Brien, John Lund and Charles Russell.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
