What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar is looking into the death of Duke Red, a valuable racehorse owned by Ben Abbott. Dr. Gory, the veterinarian, admits that Abbott actually shot the horse rather than it dying in an accident, and that trainer Thomas Warner witnessed the shooting. When Dollar confronts Abbott, the man attacks him with a cane and threatens to kill him.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
