What happens
Johnny Dollar, an insurance investigator for Allied Life Insurance Company in Hartford, Connecticut, looks into the death of Donald Cronin, an archaeologist who died in Egypt after working at the tomb of Kamashek. On his flight to Cairo, Dollar is confronted by a hefty stranger who claims to have been hired by someone named Turnbull, and Dollar begins to doubt the man's story. Back in Egypt, he learns the bones from the tomb were handled by only two people, and he then travels back to New York to look into the household of the dead archaeologist. The episode is from the Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar series, first broadcast on CBS Radio on September 6, 1956, with Bob Bailey in the lead role.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
