What happens
Johnny Dollar investigates the Caylin Matter in Los Angeles. Eddie Caylin, believed dead in a car fire, is found shot to death in the apartment of stripper Marty Midnight. A witness reports seeing a long-haired woman in a white raincoat fleeing the scene, wiping something that looked like a gun. A man is spotted lurking in the bushes outside, and when police pursue him into nearby Griffith Park, he fires at an officer and escapes into the dense brush.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
