What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar arrives in Rig City, Florida to investigate a suspicious claim involving young Bobby Foster, who suffered a severe reaction to an injection. Doctor Howell believes the boy was given a contaminated black-market shot of gamma globulin by criminals preying on parents' fears of a polio epidemic. Johnny must track down who is running the scam and find the missing daughter of a frightened family.
