What happens
Jack Benny spends a busy day at home in Beverly Hills while waiting for a television script from CBS. Rochester handles the household chores and his scrapbook, and a string of visitors arrives: a tenant with a leaking water heater, a quartet singing about a pay dispute with announcer Don Wilkes, and Jack's young friend Butch Broderick, who must have a tooth pulled. The Jack Benny program, broadcast on NBC and CBS Radio in 1951, stars Benny with Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
