What happens
Jack Benny decides to sell his large Beverly Hills house after fifteen years at the same address, and prospective buyers begin touring the property. Rochester, his butler, helps show the rooms while a plumber repeatedly interrupts the viewings with his hammering. Jack discovers the house has twenty-eight rooms, most of them long closed up, and he and his friends Mary Livingstone, Dennis Day and Bob Crosby talk about the sale and the upcoming radio show. The Lucky Strike program from 1955 features Jack Benny with Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris, along with announcer Don Wilson.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
