What happens
Jack Benny prepares for a trip to London, where he is due to open at the Palladium, and his household is in a flurry of errands and visitors. His violin teacher, Professor LeBlanc, struggles through lessons while Jack tries out a song he wrote. Dennis Day is joining him on the trip, and Mary Livingstone announces she is taking a job at the May Company. Phil Harris, Don Wilson and Rochester keep the house busy, and Jack later drives to the bank vault to collect money for his shopping before he leaves. The 1952 Jack Benny radio series, first aired on May 25, 1952, is presented as a Lucky Strike program.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
