What happens
Jack Benny closes his radio season with a final broadcast before leaving for England. The show is a run of comic exchanges with Mary Livingstone, Phil Harris, Don Wilson and Dennis Day, including Mr. Kitsel's bon voyage gift, a fan club presentation, and a mix-up over Dennis Day's late arrival. Rochester helps pack for Jack's trip, and the program ends with Dennis Day singing a dedicated song. The episode originally aired on June 1, 1952, on NBC and CBS Radio, and features Jack Benny, Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris.

Listen for: Jack's bon voyage cake from Mr. Kitsel, and Dennis Day's late arrival at the broadcast.
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
