What happens
Jack Benny calls his radio cast together after a week of fluffed lines, but the meeting soon turns into an argument over who made the mistakes. Phil Harris, Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Dennis Day each take their turn being played back the broadcast. Jack then leaves to see Ronald Colman about some business, borrowing eggs from Benita Colman along the way. The episode is from the Jack Benny series, first broadcast on November 13, 1949, with Jack Benny, Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris among the leads.

Characters: Jack Benny, Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson, Phil Harris, Dennis Day, Don Wilson, Ronald Colman, Benita Colman
Listen for: Jack insisting he never made a mistake while the playbacks prove otherwise, and the running gag about the eggs Jack borrows from Benita Colman
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
