What happens
Jack Benny and his cast are on location in Palm Springs, where the usual mishaps follow them through the hotel, the golf course and the radio studio. Phil Harris, Mary Livingstone and Eddie Anderson trade jokes with Benny while Dennis Day's absence leaves a gap in the program. Bing Crosby arrives as a guest and sings for the cast. Benny and Crosby then tease each other about Crosby's new autobiography, which Crosby says is serialized in a magazine. The Jack Benny Program was an NBC and CBS radio comedy series, and this episode first aired on February 15, 1953.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
