What happens

Jack Benny takes a morning walk through Beverly Hills after leaving the hospital, and he runs into a string of neighbors and passersby. He chats with a young girl named Beverly, trades songs and jokes with Dennis Day, and stops in at Don Wilson's house, where Wilson is practicing his diction with the Sportsmen Quartet. Benny then visits a bakery and a television store, where he is reminded of his own show that afternoon. The program is a Jack Benny radio episode, first broadcast on March 22, 1953, on NBC and CBS Radio, with Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris also among the cast.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
