What happens

Paladin helps a desperate woman get her sick baby to a doctor in Cotton Willow, Arizona, only to discover the physician has been arrested by a bounty hunter named Leo Grange on an old murder warrant from Missouri. Paladin must confront Grange and decide whether the child's life or the law takes priority.
