What happens

Paladin has successfully delivered a mysterious organ crate to San Xavier Mission through a war zone, but discovers the crate has been stolen from the hotel boardwalk. A man named Steve Perkins claims he won Paladin's wagon and horses in a poker game, leading to a violent confrontation in the street.
