What happens

Paladin visits his old friends Ollie and Cora in Oro City, Colorado, only to discover that Ollie is in jail after racing his wagon drunk down the street and hitting a stagecoach. Ollie seems oddly content with his imprisonment, claiming he deserves it and is happy to be there, but Paladin finds his friend's behavior baffling and wants to understand what has really changed him.

Oro City, Colorado, 1875. The action moves from the street to the sheriff's office where Ollie is being held in jail.
