What happens

Marshal Dillon receives a warning from a fellow lawman about a dangerous criminal named Jim Wardell who may be passing through Dodge City. Wardell is a smooth-talking dude who kills with a knife and shows no mercy. That same day, a charming stranger calling himself Jack Norman arrives in town and immediately makes a good impression on the locals, including Miss Kitty.
