What happens
Marshal Matt Dillon investigates a robbery at Wilbur Jonas's general store, where a masked man tied Jonas up and fled with $68. Jonas names homesteader Clint Doty as the robber, and Dillon takes Doty into custody despite the approaching blizzard. Stranded together on the trail, the two men shelter at Doty's cabin, where his wife Medora is near her time. Gunsmoke, a CBS Radio western with William Conrad as Dillon, first aired on December 29, 1957. The episode centers on Dillon and Doty and the difficult journey through the snow.
