What happens

A disfigured man named Bruno comes to Dodge City seeking medical attention from Doc after a buffalo stampede accident left him severely scarred. Marshal Dillon must navigate the town's fearful and prejudiced reactions to Bruno's appearance while deciding how to treat this stranger who has arrived in their territory.

Dodge City, Kansas - the Long Branch Saloon and Doc's office

Characters: Matt Dillon, Chester, Sam, Kitty, Doc, Bruno

Listen for: The townspeople's harsh judgments about Bruno's appearance, Doc's compassionate medical care, and Matt Dillon's attempt to enforce fairness and order despite the community's prejudice.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
