What happens

Marshal Dillon receives word that Andy Hill, a man now working honestly in Dodge City, is wanted in Oklahoma Territory for robbery. When Deputy Jack Hart arrives with a warrant, Dillon learns the charge is far more serious than robbery: Andy is accused of murder in a saloon holdup that killed the bartender. Dillon must decide how to handle a man he has come to trust when the evidence points to a darker past.
