What happens

A young Eastern visitor named Scott has come to Dodge City and caught the attention of Laurie, an 18-year-old girl working at the Long Branch. Scott tells Miss Kitty he hopes to marry Laurie and take her back to Philadelphia, but a rough local named Brad Dawson has also set his sights on her and warns Scott to stay away from her.
