What happens

Marshal Dillon meets with two gamblers, Ben Carter and Harry Duggan, who want to run games in town and offer him a cut of their profits. When Dillon refuses their bribe and insists on honest games, tensions rise. That night, someone takes a shot at Dillon from across the street, and he suspects the gamblers may be behind it.
