What happens

Matt Dillon and Chester are traveling back to Dodge City from Medicine Lodge when someone opens fire on them from the hills. Tracking the mysterious shooter who rides a mule, they follow his winding trail through canyons and streams, eventually spotting a small cabin in the remote gypsum country where their quarry may be hiding.
