What happens

A distinguished doctor named Dr. Weber arrives in Dodge City bearing news of the death of an old friend, Dr. Henry Wilson, and extends an offer to Doc Adams to take charge of Wilson's successful medical clinic in Philadelphia. Doc must weigh the opportunity for advancement, comfort, and professional prestige against his life and responsibilities in Dodge City.
