What happens

Doc, Dodge City's physician, confronts a stranger named Clem Maddow in the street with an old Army revolver, determined to kill him. When Maddow refuses to fight back, Marshal Dillon must intervene to prevent what could become murder, even as Doc insists he has good reasons for his rage.
