What happens

Marshal Matt Dillon travels to the Native American agency with Chester to visit his friend Whip, the agent. Upon arrival, they are stopped by Big Brother and other braves who have no guns, and Matt discovers that Whip has confiscated all the tribe's weapons and locked them in the storeroom.
