What happens
Captain Lee Quince dines with Major Dagget and his wife Mary, where the Major gently raises concerns about Lieutenant Syberts' performance and fear of the Captain. After dinner, the Major privately asks Lee to help develop Syberts into a more effective officer, suggesting that Lee's intimidating presence may be undermining the younger man's confidence and decision-making abilities.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
