What happens
Jim Anderson and his wife Margaret argue over where the family should spend their summer vacation. Jim has grown tired of their usual spot at Round Lake and wants to try the fashionable Highland Hills resort, while Margaret prefers the familiar lake. The children, Betty, Bud and Kathy, each push for different places, and Jim proposes settling the matter with a family vote. Father Knows Best is a half-hour radio comedy about the Anderson family of Springfield, starring Robert Young as the father, and this episode aired on July 6, 1950.
