What happens
Father Knows Best follows the Anderson family of Springfield as they return home from a summer holiday at Round Lake. Jim Anderson is eager to show Margaret and the children a new efficiency system he has set up in the house, but the changes quickly cause confusion. Hangers are hidden, keys are locked away, and Jim cannot locate his checkbook or the catalog he compiled. Meanwhile, the children bicker and wander through the chaos. This episode, from the series Father Knows Best, was transcribed in Hollywood and first aired on September 7, 1950, starring Robert Young.
