What happens
Archie tells Duffy and Eddie that his old schoolteacher, Henrietta Riblet, known to former pupils as Piano Legs, is coming to Duffy's Tavern to visit her former students. Archie wants to impress her, so Eddie is ordered to prepare a proper dinner and tidy up the place. Riblet arrives and reminisces with Archie, and the pupils' memories of the strict teacher come up, along with the mischief they caused. Archie then invites her to join the tavern's Friday night round table forum, where the regulars discuss the Suez Canal, inflation, and Italy, and the teacher is put on the spot. Duffy's Tavern is a radio comedy, and this episode aired on January 18, 1946. Ed Gardner, Shirley Booth, Charlie Cantor and Florence Halop are the lead actors.
