What happens

George and Gracie Burns are in the middle of a dispute about selling their house. Gracie wants to take advantage of the real estate boom and move somewhere smaller, but George refuses. Gracie then claims the house is haunted by a ghost she saw in the bedroom, and when that fails, she enlists Meredith Willson to convince George that the house sits over a swamp. The episode is part of the Burns and Allen radio series, first broadcast on April 17, 1947, with Gracie Allen and Bea Benaderet among the cast, and with Mel Blanc and Meredith Willson featured in the program.

The Burns home, and later real estate offices and houses shown to the couple.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
