What happens
George Burns and Gracie Allen host a lunch at the Brown Derby with Al Jolson, whose tall tales about himself and his well-known habits set the tone. Back home, Gracie takes Jolson's vigorous lifestyle as a model, quizzing him about his health routine and then trying to pass the advice on to George. Her efforts lead her into a string of odd conversations with neighbors and relatives. The episode is an early-1950s broadcast on CBS and NBC Radio, and Burns and Allen are the lead actors.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
