What happens
Detective Danny Clover receives an anonymous call claiming that wealthy industrialist Stephen Courtney was murdered, not dead from heart failure as his physician Dr. Fulbright certified. Clover investigates the circumstances of Courtney's death at his Long Island estate, interviewing the doctor, Courtney's daughter Lilla, and her brother, uncovering puzzling details about the old man's final hours.
New York City and Long Island; present day in 1950, following Stephen Courtney's death on June 16th.
Characters: Detective Danny Clover, Stephen Courtney, Dr. Arthur Fulbright, Lilla Courtney, Joseph O'Donnell, Hugh Courtney

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
