Dan Holiday receives an urgent letter offering $10,000 to retrieve something mysterious from Manila for a nervous, reclusive man named Joseph Krell. Holiday agrees to the errand, sewn a sealed envelope into his jacket lining with instructions, and travels to the Philippines. Upon arriving at the contact's address in Manila, Holiday discovers the man is dead, and he finds himself facing the local police with no answers and a dangerous situation unfolding.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
