What happens

Boston Blackie is drawn into a dangerous situation when radio singer Duke Collins calls for help after being threatened by an unknown man, only to be violently attacked before Blackie can reach him. Meanwhile, two escaped convicts named Murdoch and Dawson are hiding out and waiting for a coded message through the radio that will tell them when and where to meet their accomplice Sam for their getaway.

A city with a jail and detention facility; various indoor locations including an apartment building and a hideout room.

Characters: Boston Blackie, Inspector Faraday, Murdoch, Dawson, Mary, Duke Collins, Professor, Sam

Listen for: A coded radio message that will signal the criminals when to make their escape, and the connection between the threats to Duke Collins and the escaped convicts' plans.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
