The Further Buffalo Matter

Any other? You're learning Buffalo, huh? Yeah. Well, you get my report on the big robbery case out here? Yeah. How come your expense account included transportation back here at Hartford? I, uh, I'm afraid I got a little ahead of myself, Brad.

All right. Yeah, something like that. How do you recover something over $400,000 that was going from that store? Well, let's say I found out where it went. You mean to say you didn't get that money back?

Not yet. Oh, but Johnny, now look. Oh, no, no, no, come on, I'm good, Brad. I know what the money is, at least I'm pretty sure I do. Johnny, it's so helpful. It's a poor old man, McNair's yacht, and the lay of a point off the Canadian shore, Lake Erie.

Now listen. With the big storm that's raging up over Lake Erie, well, it's impossible to go out and get him. Who's them? An employee, an ex-employee with the employer, and the guy who took the money and put his power up and get away with him.

Well, now you wait until that storm is over, but that's only a hundred miles away. I'll be hidden away and send a little cold there in the Canadian shore. Do you want? What was that?

Nothing, Pat. Now listen, I'll keep on it. You're better. I'll bring him back here and the money are dying the attempts. You failed to get that money back and I'll gladly attend your funeral. Yeah, okay, Pat.

I'll stay with it. Do you leave me here? PBS Radio brings you Bob Bailey in the exciting adventures of a man with the action-backed expense account. America's fabulous freelance insurance investigator. That's truly... Johnny Dollar.
