Hi folks! A-g-a-boo, a-g-a-boo, a-g-boo, a-g-a-boo, a-g-a! Well, spring has come to Mel Blank's little town, as it usually does this time of year. The petunias that were planted in winter have come up, has radishes, and young couples are contemplating marriage.
In Blum's Candy Shop, where there won't to meet, we hear them talking, and Tommy Bassett says to Kib, Yeah, we got enough money in the piggy bank. Now he can get married and Elroy's short says to Mary Davis.
Mary, we got enough money in the piggy bank. Now we can get mad. And Mel Blank fixed the shop where Mel has been sitting with his girl Betty Colby. Mel is saying, Betty, we've got enough money. Now we can buy a piggy bank.
Oh Mel, who cares about money? I'll marry you anyway. I don't care if we have to use packing boxes from furniture and orange crates for a table. Well Betty, all that'll come later. We'll have to live cheaply at first.
Gosh, I wish I had money, Betty, so we could get married in style. Well why don't you try to do something to improve business? Well Betty, I did. I had a sign painter making a sign reading.
