01 ep22 Groucho Marx Bob Hope

You are about to be entertained by some of the biggest names in show business. For the next hour and 30 minutes, this program will present in person such bright stars as... ... America, they're going to say a powerful star!

The Big Show, 90 minutes with the most scintillating personalities in the entertainment world, brought to you this Sunday and every Sunday at the same time as the Sunday Speaker of NBC's All-Star Festival. And here is your hostess, the glamorous, unpredictable, Talulah Bagquette!

Well, darlings, the big shows in Hollywood this week, and it's amazing the difference in the people on the two coasts. Now here everybody looks so healthy and invigorated. Back east everybody looks so pallid and investigated.

But the first thing you notice out here is how sometimes everybody is. They all look as if they just come back from Florida. Larkids. Back in New York everybody looks so pale as if he'd just come back from Mexico.

Tune in tomorrow for another episode of Just Plain Bello Dwyer. No. Here's that pushy bob hoe. That's all? Well thanks. Thanks, that's all right. That's all right. Down, down, down. Thank you. How about that?

Well, Bob. I just submitted the silver ripple applause over that corner. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. They really want me, don't they? They certainly do, baby. Look, Bob, darling. Can I borrow that sweater you're wearing that lights up and says applause?

If you do, you'll get twice as much as I do. Now tell me, Tulu. Tell me, Tulu, what are you doing here in Hollywood? You're a little off your beat, aren't you? Oh, darling, my beat is pretty everywhere.
