Astor than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leave tall buildings at a single bound. Up on the sky, it's a bird. It's a plane that's Superman. Hello, it's Pep. P-P-P. Pep.

It's Porg's Pep. The sunshine cereal presents the adventures of Superman. Today, the man of steel has walked safely out of a clever trap set by Herbert Calkins. Only to find himself hopelessly caught in another.

Hello there gang, this is your pal Dan McCullough. Say here's a breakfast dish with the honey of a batting average when it comes to giving the pitch to your morning appetite. It's Kellogg's pet, the sunshine cereal.

So golden, so sunny, so terrific you practically can't resist it. How those tender flakes of sun, ripe and whole wheat do score when you hitch up your chair to the breakfast table. And how that smooth sunshine flavor does give your appetite the old come on.

Oh, come on. Each crispy spoonful calls for another. And another. Yes, sir, when you want a slick treat for breakfast, call on Kellogg's pet. Pet is full of solid, full wheat flavor. Pet is golden toasted and sunny.

Pet is called the sunshine cereal. And it's good for you, too. So keep on the sunbeam gang. Polish off that breakfast bowl of Kellogg's pet. Clean as a whistle, because this is no time to waste cereal.

You see, the cereal grains, like the whole wheat and pet, have been picked out to give that swell grain nourishment Fuddles and girls around the world. Remember that when Mom brings Kellogg's pep home to McGrossers.

Don't waste it. If you pour your own cereal, take time to pour it carefully and try to keep watch on your younger brothers and sisters, too. That's so easy to do and so important nowadays.
