Presenting the transcription feature, Superman! The sky is the first! It's a plane! It's Superman! Yes, it's Superman! Strange visitor from the planet Krypton, who came to earth with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men.

Superman, who can leap tall buildings at a single bound, brings a speeding bullet to its target, can't seal in his bare hands, and who disguise this Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper, fight the never-ending battle for truth and justice.

And now to our story. Having prevented an unscrupulous nephew from stealing the rights to Dr. Robling's secret voice machine, Clark Kent has earned the elderly inventors on dying gratitude, and as a result has been given the much sought-after privilege of witnessing a demonstration of the machine together with Lois Lane and Perry White, editor of The Daily Planet.

It is now five o'clock, the hour fixed for the demonstration. Kent, Lois, and editor-wide are assembled in the basement laboratory of Dr. Robling's an ancient mansion on the outskirts of Metropolis. On the table in front of them is a huge box resembling a radio, but adorned with an imposing array of dials and gauges.

Dr. Robling is talking. Listen. Now, before I start the demonstration, I once again to express my appreciation to you, Mr. Maine, and to you, Mr. Kent, for your invaluable assistance to me. Mr. White, you may well be proud of your entree.

Don't pile it on till the thank, Dr. Robling. They'll be asking for substantial increases. Well, if they do, they deserve it. And now to the business at hand. You know what happens when you throw a stone into a pool of water?
