Fur Smuggling Part 06

Presenting the transcription feature, Superman! It's got me! First, it's a plane! It's Superman! Yes, it's Superman! Strange visitor from the planet Krypton, who came to work with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men.

Superman, who can lead small buildings of a single bound, grace a speeding bullet to its target, sends steel in his bare hands, and who desires this Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper, fights a never ending battle for truth and justice.

And now to our story. When Bull Raglan, leader of a Northwoods first muggling gang, left Jimmy Olsen and Batiste bound hand in foot in the dark cave, his plan was to keep them hidden until he could bargain with Clark Kent, who he thought was a government agent. But unknown and even to Bull,

the cave was occupied by a full-grown bear hibernating for the winter. Disturbed and angered, the bear attacked Jimmy and Batiste. Meanwhile Kent, having captured Bull and his assistant Chuck, forced them to go along with him while he followed Batiste Dog's lead tracks out of the clearing where the French-Canadian guide had camped. As they near the cave, Kent heard Jimmy's voice calling for help.

Compel to knock Bull out, Kent left him with Chuck, would sworn he was gone straight and headed for the cave. As he did the entrance he could hear the wild growling of the bear. Come in Jimmy! Good thing it's pitch dark in here.

Come in the hands of bears coming at me! It's me. Now I can handle this as Superman. Alright, come on, good-night. Not that big. Come on, that's it. Still up on your feet, eh? You don't like boxing, do you?
