Far as I am of the ape, brought to you from all the pages of Edgar Wright's boroughs and chanting books. Filtering through the tangled mouth of leaf and pine, the darting rays of the rising sun stabs the jungle gloom in little jets of furnished gold.
From above sounds the screech of brilliantly bloomed pellets, the ceaseless chatter of apes and monkeys. They lull from the dark green recesses of the jungle's torturous fire which comes the soft padding of cat-like feet on the spongy moss.
A shadowy movement in the tall bamboo, a glinting of black and gold, to sheet of the leopard, speak to who the treat after his nightly kill. A flash of green, more vivid than the sheltering leaves, a soft slithering sound like lapping waves on a single beach, and hist other snake slides into the rank grasses.
On the little platform in the trees, Jay and Porter and Tarzan watch the ever-changing jungle awake. Ah! Ah! Hungry? Eat? Yes, my kids. Oh, and you've already gathered the fruit. Fruit? Lumb? This white skin comes through the narrow fruits.
One by one Jane holds up the fruits as she names them and throws them up and she lays them down. Then...then Anna. Banana? No! Plum! This banana? Banana? Plum? Plum? Plum? This! White skin goes. Come back. Many fruits.
White skin goes. Come back. Give Jane many fruits. Give? Give? Give, give, give, fight skin, plumb. And Jane, as she says, give hands to Tarzan a wild plumb. Tarzan's eyes brighten us. For the first time, he recognizes a new word, not at the end of a sentence.
White skin, give, gain, plumb. White skin, give, gain, prove. Yes, I'm talking. Talking, talking. That's right. Jane emphasizes the movement of her lips, as she says the word. Talking. He. He. Talking. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no.
