Nickelodeon Saturday Morning

Hello, this is Hugo Faces. I am narrating a trip through Plainview, New York. Here's Mom. This is in September 1986. It's like we're making a left-off of Central Park Road there. I didn't really film too many landmarks or anything, but I thought it might be interesting to upload.

Just for old time's sake. I'm coming down Old Country Road here headed, I guess, in East, Easterly direction. That would be the library on the right side there, playing the O'Beth Page library, and passing Morton Village Shopping Center on the left. None of these things you'll We're coming up on the left here, I think you'll see for a split second the Queens County Savings

Bank there. So we know this is September. Oh, there's a plain view diner. There's somebody almost hitting us. I don't even know if the movie theater was still on the right at this point, the twin, making a left on to Manetto Hill Road.

again. Can't really see anything. There's that little shopping plaza on the corner here as we make a right onto Washington Avenue. We're heading up to St. Pius the 10th. My grade school, I think I was about 17 at this point. There's that sign that was broken for about 10 years I think. It seemed like they never fixed that thing. This is where Matinikok

And Derry would have been on the right side, I'm pretty sure it was gone by this point. And here is the Matlin Middle School, which I had no connection with whatsoever. I don't know a thing about it.

And coming up here on the left-hand side, there's the field, the school field. On the left we're going to be passing Playview Park or Playview Pool, we usually just called but we had field days every once in a while, a very short field trip for St. Pius because it's coming up at about half a mile
