TV. It's the Super Mario Brothers. And then, Popeye. Now for the first time. One of the most beloved characters of children's literature comes to life in an all new series of lavishly produced animated specials. The world of Peter Rabbit and friends. These heartwarming classic tales of Beatrix Potter have been faithfully translated to film through an innovative rendered artwork technique by award-winning British producer John

When this is shot on film, it will be as near as possible to her illustrations. We can get an actual watercolour effect. We paint the characters on the back and we pay particular attention using the original books as reference to the colours of the animals and spend some time paint mixing the colours so that they're very similar to the original creatures.

Using this pioneering technique, the original magic and charm of Potter's watercolours can now be enjoyed by a whole new generation of children. We live the memories of the world of Peter Rabbit and friends. Sunday morning at 10.30 on the Family Channel.
