Marcy (trailer, 1970)

A place of peace, tranquil farms and quiet people leading untroubled lives. Until...

Marcy, the story of a woman, forced by rumor to choose her own sex. Me, jealous, jealous of Marcy Wiggins, a rip-bruin lesbian? She ain't no lesbian. Nothing like it. Dalton Christie. There is a written law that a married man shall not take another woman.

Dalton Christie sometimes you're so damn naive you make me sick. He will break that law. This is about Marcy Wiggan and June Rutland and it can't be repeated. Carrie's suit, she starts to whisper to Marcy.

Don't honey me you bastard! I saw you up there with Miss Christie. Impels by her vicious tongue, she must taste the depths of her own desires. They say that you don't need a man anymore, that you make love to June Rufflin.

June Rufflin, too close to be only a friend. You're a wonderful body, a wonderful hard body. Please don't turn away, don't turn me away, Mercy. Nothing's wrong. I'm glad, Piss. I love you. She found a new way to love.

And at the heart of it all, Marcy, a woman tortured by the conflict of her love for a man. And a town's opinion. You hear the whisperies, you see the truth about Marcy. A totally real experience in the exploration of human emotions, passions, and desires.

See Marcy. Marcy. Coming to this theater. I'm
