Pioneer Laserdisc (commercial, 1984)

Music video, I can't see it. If the music don't sound good, who cares what the picture looks like? Then Pioneer gives me their laser display. It's a video turntable that works with a laser beam, and that laser beam makes all the difference they tell me.

I'm a little skeptical, but I listen. I listen to flash dance. I listen to Duran Duran. I listen to Raiders of the Lost Ark. I even listen to him, and I sound good. I sound better than good.

Fact is, the stereo on the Pioneer Laser Disc is as good as anything I ever heard on my stereo and according to the experts, the picture blows video tape away. Now who am I to argue?
