Lady Esther presents the Screen Guild Player. The Lady Esther Screen Guild Player tonight, you belong to me. The starring players. This is Paulette Goddard. This is Lee Bowman. Tonight, Lady Esther presents the Screen Guild Players in Columbia Pictures' Breezy Romantic Comedy, you belong to me.

It stars Paulette Goddard as Dr. Helen Hunt, and Lee Bowman as Peter Kirk. Sir, screen-gilled players, and you belong to me. In a happy, careless days, when people still went to the hills for their winter sports, an expert skier comes swooping down a snow-covered slope like this.

Then suddenly, he spies a pretty girl, takes his eye off the course and makes like this. Peter Kirk is the fellow's name, young, handsome and fabulously rich. The girl is Dr. Helen Hunt. Yes, Helen Hunt, M.D., up here on vacation from Los Angles.

And so, when Peter regains consciousness... Doctor... Ah, Doctor Yes, well... And then... Doctor, you're wonderful. And then... Doctor, you're beautiful. Will you marry me? Forget it, Peter. The whole idea is fantastic. Well, Doctor, I mean Helen, you know I love you. I've loved you for three whole days.

I loved you the very first moment we met. How could you tell you were unconscious? I love you and you love me. You know you do. Maybe you didn't hurt your leg. Maybe it was your head.

You love me, Helen. Suppose I do. Marriage isn't for women like me. I've dedicated my life to medicine. Helen, I love you. There's not a moment of my life I can call my own. Helen, I love you.

I can never be sure that the day is mine or the night. I can never know when a patient will call. Helen, I love you. Did you hear what I said? Of course I heard Helen. I love you.
