Oh wait her. Yes, sir? I'll have some sliced Virginia ham, Deviled eggs and the green salad I think with French dressing. At a bottle of cold, Paps Blue Ribbon. Yes, sir. Finis Beer, sir. Anywhere. From Hollywood, Paps Blue Ribbon, Finis Beer, sir. Anywhere. Proudly presents...

Screen Director's Playhouse, Production, Caspar, Director John Berry, Stars, Tony Martin, Marta Torren. The Hollywood Screen Directors present a romance on the edge of danger. The musical adventure, Kasva, starring Tony Martin and Marta Torren, and introduced by the director of the film, Mr. John Ferry.

Tonight our guest screen director is a young man who entered show business at the age of four, and spent the next 25 years making up for lost time. He did it by blazing his way to Hollywood as a stage actor and director, to create such entertaining films as Miss Susie Slagels from this day forward and tonight's story, Casba.

Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. John Berry. Thank you. When we made Casba, we hoped it would be a film that was a little different. A kind of realistic light opera, a modern tale from the Arabian Nights set the music.

But most of all, we hoped it would entertain you. Now that wish remains as we present Kasba on the air, starring Tony Martin and Marta Torren in their original roles of Pepilomoco and Gabitrano. Kasba.

You say to me, Inspector Slimin, why do you look so sad? You are a fine police officer. Tonight, the authorities of Algiers celebrate your victory. Well, let them celebrate. For me, the game is over.

Let me tell you, some may choose to regard Pippi Lemoco as only a thief, but he was a magnificent thief, and such a romantic man, a singer of songs, a lover of women, a man of great qualities, a man to be loved and to be hated.
