ep04 First Tune - His Trademarks

Life on the Red Horse Ranch. Now let's visit Red Horse Ranch.

The boys are all down in the bunkhouse practicing the tunes that they're going to play at the barn dance to be given an honor of Miss Rose Carter, daughter of the owner of the Red Horse Ranch.

Rose has been away at school and the boys are anxious to show her how glad they are to have her back by playing their very best brand of music at the decks. We join them as they're singing an old favorite of the West.

The city of just two things is she nev his own sombre roll He'll stick to his high hill boots Oh yes he's a queerish mixture, talking And copies of town and waste

What went to the town he's a common To mix with the flu his own sombre roll He sticks to his high heel boot. You reckon rows are like that one boys? Sure sure, Alabama. Say, I've been practicing tunes on my jug.

Supposed to take it long to the dance? Your jug? Sure. We couldn't put out our best music without your jug, Idaho. That is, if it's empty. Oh sure. I wasn't counting on you for nothing but to play on for long.

Well, we better try another tune if we count on singing our best up there at the dance. Oh, Arizona, see who's at the door, will ya? Oh, Konstar, that seems like I gotta do everything.

Here I will just get to start with my second and I have to get up. Oh, you'd better high-tail it on over there after that door before I hand you some of my boots. Oh, George, I'm going.
