Two Outlaws Escape Jail

Life on the Redhorse Ranch Init Boy is at Redhorse Ranch. Recently received news that two outlaws of the old Dawson gang and escaped jail in Roaring River. So far as any of the boys know,

Dewey Dawson, who is now living on Red Horse Ranch, is a son of Trigger Dawson, the slain leader of that gang. When we last visited the ranch, mysterious writers came up in the night and attempted to take Dewey away with them.

It was a dark night, and the boys found it difficult to trail the strangers. There may be more news as we join them today. Here they are. Be blind, skies are brighter, hearts are lighter And the door is open, there's a girl in these stars that shine Let me wander, way up yonder

To that old sweet, heartful sage once more, skies are brighter Hearts are lighter, hearts that shine, yonder, yonder

Do that old sweet back already, Alabama? Yeah, and just as well not rolled out for all the good it did me.

I didn't think you could trail him very far. No, I lost a track soon so I got over the hill there. I couldn't find a trace of which way they went. Oh, you boys keeping an eye on Dewey, aren't you?

Tex Owens is teaching him how to play mummopag over around the house there. Well, I think I'll go and talk to Dewey. I have an idea, he knows something, he ain't told ya. Is this the way you teach Dewey to play mumble peg text?

I guess there ain't no law against taking out a little time to sing while I was born. I'd rather hear him sing him play mumble peg, wouldn't you, Alabama? Sure I would, Dewey. You remind if I talk to the boy alone in a minute, Tex?
