He Broke Through The Ice aka They Killed Ranger Bill

of the Woodland! Ranger Bill, warrior of the Woodland, struggling against extreme odds, traveling dangerous trails, showing rare courage in the face of disaster, in the air, on horseback, or in a screaming squad cover. Ranger Bill, his mind alert, a ready smile, unswerving, loyal to his mission. And all this in exchange for the satisfaction and pride of a job well done.

When I say burr, I mean nothing else but burr with a capital B. I get the idea it's a little chilly outside. You get that impression Bill? Yes Bill that's exactly what I was thinking. You suppose that anything to do with Stumpy's coming in here? Might have. How do you find the weather old timer?

I don't have to find it, I just go outside and there it is. And it's cold outside, that's what it is. So cold, I can't even make my fingers work in these buttons. Help me out of this cold, will you?

Somebody? Here we go. Let's get the baby out of his raps. I appreciate the help, even if I have to put up with the remarks. You have no pity on the man at all. There. Now you should be able to slide out of it.

Yeah, sure. Yeah. Yeah. And slide right over to the stove to soak up a little heat. Yeah. I can feel the life in my cold old bones trying to start up again. I'm not surprised at your being cold, Stumpy. The mama reads 18 below out there.

I'll have to admit it, I almost froze stiff on my way here this morning. Could have picked a better day to be this cold. After the fall I had last night. Fall? That's right, sonny.
